Rick D. Morris
Senior Inspector
Rick has 24 years of experience in building maintenance, and a 10 year background in the construction industry. Rick is a graduate of the Master Course in Home Inspection and a member of the American Association of Home Inspectors. Rick's ability to see defects and maintenance items is unsurpassed. His straight forward and clear communication style assist the Client in making informed decisions based on the home inspection results. Rick holds the "Master Home Inspector Certification", which is the highest designation available.

Rick and his wife, Sandi, attend Advent Presbyterian Church in Cordova.

Boyd H. Webb, III
Chief Manager
Boyd and his wife Nancy purchased House Call Inspection Service, LLC in March, 2008. Boyd brings more than 20 years experience in exceeding customer expectations, spending the last several years in the flooring industry. Boyd holds a bachelor degree from the University of Memphis and has passed the American Home Inspector Training certification course. He is a member of NAHI, the National Association of Home Inspectors and is currently completing testing, training and certification to meet and exceed the highest standards in the home inspection industry.

Boyd is a past-president of the Business Advantage chapter of Business Network International and a life-time member and past-president of the Delta Amateur Radio Club. Boyd and his wife Nancy have 3 children; Brandon, age 11, Cameron, age 8 and their Shetland Sheepdog, "Stormy" who is 12 years old. Boyd and Nancy attend First Evangelical Church in Memphis.

Nancy and her husband Boyd purchased House Call Inspection Service, LLC in March, 2008. Nancy manages the day-to-day business operations for House Call. She has completed the American Home Inspector Training Certification course and is ready to help guide you through the home inspection process.

Joe W. Bailey, Founder
(1953 - 2008)
Joe Bailey, the founder of House Call Inspection Service, LLC, passed away unexpectedly in January, 2008. However, Joe's legacy lives on. Joe started House Call based on 18+ years experience in construction project management and 10 years experience in preventative maintenance for residential and commercial properties, including facility design. Additionally, Joe held a bachelor degree from the University of Arkansas, an MBA from the University of Memphis, and was a graduate of the Master Course in Home Inspection. Joe held the "Master Home Inspector Certification", which is the highest designation available. Joe also served as an expert witness.
