House Call Inspection Service will inspect your new pool or spa for a small additional fee. This service will minimize your having to coordinate multiple inspections for your new home. A pool can provide hours of great entertainment. The pool can also cause huge headaches and lead to costly repairs. The pool inspection is a visual inspection of the pool and surrounding pool deck. While small cracks or liner tears can not be visualized, major issues can be quickly identified by a qualified inspector.

The mechanicals are a critical element in the pool's operation. It's in this area the inspector spends the bulk of inspection time. The main pump and booster pumps (if present) are inspected for abnormal wear, leakage (old or new), and operation. The filter is inspected for leakage and normal operation as well. The report will note which type of filtering media is used and your inspector can elaborate on the care and maintenance of the filter. The exposed plumbing, chlorinator, and other ancillary devices are also inspected. Most importantly, the inspector looks for safety hazards that may present dangers to your family.
